Meet The Team
Between Strength and Vulnerability
A Transformational Experience with Sir John Kirwan
Dare to confront what lies beneath success
We often see peak performance as the ultimate expression of strength. But what if
behind every triumph there is also vulnerability? What if true greatness means
embracing both? This immersive session with Sir John Kirwan invites you to
explore the unseen struggles behind achievement—and the courage it takes to
speak to them out loud.
Based on his book All Blacks Don’t Cry, Kirwan shares his personal journey from
international rugby glory to the depths of depression, and back. It is the story of a
man—not just a sports icon—who turned pain into purpose.
Are you ready to redefine your limits?
Meet Sir John Kirwan: Athlete. Advocate. Voice of resilience.
Sir John Kirwan is a legendary figure in world rugby, celebrated for his
achievements with New Zealand’s All Blacks, including the 1987 World Cup
victory. As a coach, he led Italy to the 2003 Rugby World Cup and Japan to the
2007 and 2011 editions. He was inducted into the International Rugby Hall of Fame in 2003.
In 2006, Kirwan publicly revealed his long-standing battle with depression—a
courageous act that sparked a nationwide conversation on mental health. His
advocacy earned him national honors: Officer and later Knight of the New Zealand Order of Merit.
In a 2013 Reader’s Digest survey, he was named New Zealand’s most trusted
public figure. Today, he continues to lead with empathy, sharing a message of healing and human strength.
What to Expect: A Journey into Inner Strength
Sir John Kirwan will share key chapters from his life, combining storytelling with
multimedia to immerse the audience in his journey. Through his words and
videos, he will demonstrate how vulnerability is not a weakness, but a foundation for authentic leadership and wellbeing. Then, participants will engage in hands-on coaching inspired by rugby. Through
real-life scenarios and guided exercises, Kirwan will show how the principles of
teamwork, trust, and self-awareness translate directly to professional life. To
close, participants will be invited to experience the haka, the powerful Māori war dance—a symbol of unity, identity, and strength. This session is more than an event—it’s a call to authenticity.
You’ll leave not only inspired, but equipped to lead with humanity, resilience, and purpose.
Touch the Invisible
A Unique Artistic Experience with Felice Tagliaferri
Dare to feel beyond sight
We often assume that certain experiences are out of reach for those who cannot see. But
what if blindness wasn’t a limit, but a gateway to other extraordinary abilities? What if
sculpting, painting—even flying—were all still possible?
This unique module will challenge your assumptions and awaken your senses. You’ll
discover how obstacles can be transformed into strengths, and how the human spirit can
truly shape the world—even without sight.
Are you ready to explore the unseen?
Meet Felice Tagliaferri: Sculptor. Visionary. Storyteller of the senses.
Felice Tagliaferri is an Italian sculptor who lost his sight in childhood and went on to build a
life—and career—defined by creativity, resilience, and passion. Since the late 1990s, he
has developed a personal artistic journey summed up in his motto: “Giving shape to dreams.”
His sculptures are not seen—they are felt. They are born in his imagination, shaped by his
hands, and perfected through his extraordinary tactile perception.
Felice works with a wide range of materials—clay, marble, wood, and stone—each treated
with unique techniques and sensitivity. From the force needed to shape marble to the
delicate intimacy of molding clay, he brings to life forms that speak to both touch and soul.
His art, while figurative in form, is often described as “social art”—a message and a mission woven into every piece. What to expect: A day that sculpts perception
Morning
The day begins in a quiet, welcoming space where guests will meet Felice Tagliaferri and
discover his incredible story. Through conversation and live demonstration, Felice will
reveal how he sculpts without sight and how each material carries its own life and emotion.
His words and work will invite you to question your own limits and reimagine what is
possible when one sense is lost and others rise to the challenge.
Afternoon
Now it’s your turn. Participants will work alongside Felice, engaging in a guided hands-on
sculpting session—no prior experience needed. You’ll close your eyes and create with
your hands, using touch as your only guide.
The experience will be immersive, emotional, and unforgettable. As you shape your own
creation, you’ll begin to understand how perception can transcend vision.
A journey through senses and self
This module is not about art alone. It’s about courage, transformation, and breaking down
the limits we think we have. You’ll leave not just with a sculpture—but with a deeper sense
of possibility, perception, and purpose.
